The Agreement governs your purchase and use of the Site, as well as any services provided to you by us. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION INCLUDED BELOW, CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
Limitation of Product Liability:
Please test ALL products before use. Use candles and wax warmers with caution. Do not light candles near objects and/or flammable liquids. Keep out of reach of children. Allergy sensitive people should test room sprays and all fragrances before use. We are not responsible for damage caused by products on this site. By accepting the terms and conditions, you accept and agree that you are responsible for the safe handling and use of the products sold on our website. Pregnant women please use natural 100% essential oil candles with caution. Confirm with a doctor before use. Flammability WARNING: LSMComforts is not responsible for fires caused by use of our products!
Shipping:
Our shipping providers are USPS and UPS.
We are not responsible for LOST packages. We will replace damaged items. We must be notified within 7 business days to receive a replacement. For lost and/or packages please file a claim with the shipping provider. Once a claim has been filed, we will be notified, and we will work with the shipping provider to determine the best resolution. Note: Shipping insurance is covered up to $100.
By purchasing products on this site, you recognize that any lead times quoted are best estimates and LSMComforts is not liable for any delays. LSMComforts will do it's best to ship products in a timely fashion but from time-to-time extenuating circumstances may make it difficult to meet these processing time estimates. By purchasing on this site, you recognize that LSMComforts cannot be held liable in any way for any potential delays.
Please allow 5 business days for processing + time in transit.
During warmer temps, we do not ship on weekends to limit melting of candles and wax melts.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment card charged. If your payment card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your payment card account in the amount of the charge.
